Digital Access - Troubleshooting

Are you having trouble accessing library resources? Heres's a few troubleshooting best practices:

• Make sure that you are accessing the resource through the PCOM Library website. If the vendor cannot verify that you are a member of PCOM, you will hit a paywall (a screen asking you to pay to access the resource).
• Try accessing the article using a different search tool (for example, if OneSearch+ does not work, try Pubmed).
• Trying clearing your cache and cookies.
• Try accessing the resource on a different browser
• Contact us with any questions or other issues that these suggestions don't fix

The library works with many different vendors and resources, and they will often change the layout of their websites.  This is out of our control, but please feel free to contact us if you need asistance!
